About the role
This role will be responsible for supporting the companys interests and establishing business relationships to enhance outside sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales :
  • Identify customers (Installers) for FSP (India) GST (Gulf security Technology) across eastern market.
  • Increase System Integrator base for GST.
  • Build GST product visibility sales in all segments of the industry through SI s and consultants
  • Work with authorized customers, end users support them to grow their business through GST products
  • Ensure achievement of sales target, order booking AR achievement as per the business plan.
  • Work extensively in the upcountry Northeast market.
  • Monitor expand business with partner to grow GST products.
Account Receivable
  • Ensure timely collection of all outstanding receivables.
Technical Training
  • Ensure necessary sales training to the SI/ customers
  • Understand and ensure technical training/support to resolve issues of after-sales-support / warranty etc.
EDUCATION PREFERRED: Graduate or with MBA
EXPERIENCE PREFERRED: 6-8 years experience

  • Essential Competencies/ Primary Skill Set:
  • Preferably have experience in Security Products sales.( Fire alarm /CCTV/ Lighting/ Cable)
  • Proficiency in working on tenders and bids.
  • Should be proficient in English and the local language.
  • Customer relationship
  • Desirable Competencies/ Secondary Skill Set:
  • Techno commercial knowledge
