About the GST Customer SuccessTeam:

The Customer Success team is integral to ensuring the long-term success and satisfaction of our enterprise clients. This team guides clients through the entire lifecycle, from onboarding to product adoption, helping them unlock the full value of our solutions. As a Customer Success Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving product engagement, maximizing customer satisfaction, and reducing churn. The ultimate goal is to ensure that customers are successful and fully engaged.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand clients objectives and align Masters Indias products to meet their needs.
  • Demonstrate the value of Masters Indias solutions to customers and ensure high levels of product adoption.
  • Identify both stated and unstated customer issues, providing proactive solutions.
  • Build strong relationships with clients to foster trust and long-term loyalty.
  • Manage the entire customer lifecycle, including onboarding, training, and ongoing product usage.
  • Monitor customer engagement to identify at-risk accounts and deploy strategies to mitigate churn.
  • Track account health, continuously identifying opportunities to enhance product usage.
  • Serve as the customer advocate, providing feedback to internal teams such as Product and Tech to improve our offerings.
  • Educate customers on relevant product features, functionalities, and best practices tailored to their specific business needs.
  • Gain a deep understanding of Masters Indias product roadmap to communicate its value to clients effectively.
  • Utilize MixPanel to track usage patterns and create actionable insights.
  • Equip customers with knowledge of Masters Indias self-service tools like JIRA and resources.

Qualifications

  • CA with 1-2 yrs of experience.
  • Strong understanding of the GST domain.
