Job Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented GSA F&B to join our team at Acacia Hotel. As a GSA F&B, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our guests in the Food and Beverage department. This is a full-time position located in Morjim, Goa, India. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Qualifications And Skills
- Previous experience as a GSA F&B or similar role
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage items
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Basic computer skills
Roles And Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take orders and serve food and beverages to guests
- Ensure prompt and accurate delivery of orders
- Provide recommendations on menus and daily specials
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any complaints
- Upsell and promote food and beverage items
- Prepare and present bills to guests and process payments
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the F&B outlets
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
