Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business leadership on strategic planning and execution to define growth goals and objectives for the company.
  • Create reports on key metrics to track the company's progress in meeting its goals.
  • Identify new business opportunities that align with the company's strategic goals.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities for new products or services within current markets.
  • Develop strategies to increase customer acquisition by identifying markets and potential growth vehicles.
  • Compile reports on inventory levels and forecast future demand for products or services.
  • Create and maintain a list of target clients for new products or services.
  • Conduct research on competitors to identify opportunities for the company to gain market share.
  • Analyze data to identify business trends, patterns, and insights that can drive strategic decisions.
  • Perform data crunching to support business insights and optimize operational performance.
  • Utilize data analytics tools to gather and interpret complex data sets, providing actionable insights for growth strategies.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience with an MBA in Marketing, Operations, or Business Management. Prior experience in a SaaS company is preferred.
  • A passionate team player with immense energy and affinity for working with customers and prospects, and growing them.
  • Proven track record of managing and growing customer acquisition with a focus on revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) to converse with customers and handle challenging situations, demonstrating leadership qualities.
  • Highly organized and able to multitask. Self-driven and proactive in nature.
  • Ability to reason, think, identify problems, and work with teams to design, estimate, and deliver solutions.
  • A persistent learner with the ability to constantly learn and grow with the team.
