Position summary:
As a Growth Specialist at Cradlewise, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Growth Team by driving key initiatives that enhance customer acquisition, retention, and engagement. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, marketing, customer support and operations, to ensure the successful planning, execution, and delivery of projects that contribute to the companys growth objectives.
This role requires strong skills in Agile project management and a deep understanding of e-commerce growth levers for Direct to Consumer (D2C) brands.

Primary roles and responsibilities:
- Support Growth Initiatives: Collaborate with the Growth Team to manage and execute programs that focus on customer acquisition and market expansion.
- End-to-End Program Management: Lead and oversee the planning, development, and execution of multiple projects using Agile and Scrum methodologies, ensuring alignment with company goals and delivery on schedule.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with engineering, product, marketing, operations, and customer support teams to ensure seamless communication and integration across all stages of growth program development.
- Timeline and Resource Management: Establish clear timelines, prioritize projects, allocate resources effectively, and track progress to ensure timely project completion. Develop and maintain comprehensive project roadmaps, timelines, and resource allocation plans.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify project risks, bottlenecks, and potential issues, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project flow.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for project updates, reporting status, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership, stakeholders, and team members.
- Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and refine program management processes to increase efficiency, streamline operations, and drive successful program outcomes.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage data analytics to track program performance, drive decision-making, and measure success.
Key Requirements:
- Experience: 2 - 4 years of program or project management experience, with a focus on growth, customer acquisition, or similar initiatives in a tech-focused or product-driven company.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; PMP, Scrum, or Agile certification is a plus.
- Growth-Focused Mindset: Experience working closely with growth or marketing teams to manage initiatives that drive customer engagement and expansion.
- Analytical Skills: Strong proficiency with advanced Excel and experience using analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar, Metabase, Mixpanel, Amplitude, etc., to support data-driven decisions.
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of product development processes, especially in digital forms.
- Strong Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to clearly articulate project goals, timelines, and outcomes to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving Ability: Highly organized with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; capable of navigating and resolving complex issues.
- Agility: Adaptability and flexibility to manage shifting priorities and rapidly changing business environments.
Desirable Skill Set:
- Experience working in a growth-focused engineering environment and/or marketing technologies
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, ClickUp) and collaboration tools.
- Experience with the Shopify ecosystem

This is a remote role. We do have an office in Bengaluru, Indiranagar where you are free to work from.
