Stoned Santa specialises in creating personalised gifting experiences through handmade art. Since our inception in Dec, 2016 weve had the opportunity to serve 1000s of customers find gifts for their loved ones, and are on the mission to spread smiles through thoughtful gifts. We are looking for someone entrepreneurial to join our team, and help us restart our growth engine which has been running on autopilot for the past 3 years. Heres what youll be working on a day to day basis - Primary Functions - Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and execute a robust sales strategy to engage corporate clients and individual customers. Generate B2B leads through channels - LinkedIn, Google Maps, Listing websites, pitch our products, and close deals like a boss. Influencer Partnerships and Collaborations: Strategically identify and collaborate with influencers to amplify brand awareness and reach a wider audience on LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, and Instagram. Artist Partnerships & Collaborations: We are looking to expand our gift offerings, and are continually looking to partner with artists, and vendors. You would be working on scouting, research, and outreach for potential collaborations, and onboard the artists. Secondary roles - We will train you on this Content generation & Optimisation: Generate content for our Social Media handles, and website - Blogs + Copy edits, and conduct thorough audits and optimize existing content to improve search engine visibility. Youll learn about Content Marketing through channels such as SEO, & Social Media. Market Research and Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on keywords, competitors, and product trends to refine our sales and marketing approach. Youll learn to use tools like - Google Keyword Planner, Search Console, Google Analytics, Microsoft clarity, and other marketing / sales tools. Skills / Personality traits we are looking for - 1-2 years of experience in Sales, or business development roles Prolific communication skills - Verbal, and written Good understanding of the basics of sales, and marketing Someone who loves interacting and connecting with people A go-getter who has a strong bias for action, and can work with autonomously with little oversight on day to day work Brownie points for - Demonstrable proof of work or a robust digital portfolio. Prior experience in B2B lead generation and sales. Content portfolio showcasing your writing and social media skills. What can you expect to learn in this role - 1. Build a startup mindset - You will have the unique opportunity to restart the growth engine for a startup thats been in hibernation for over 3 years. 2. Full stack marketing & sales experience - You will be working with different marketing stacks - From content to email to influencer marketing to running paid campaigns, this role will expose you to the basics of marketing, and help you build a strong foundation. We dont have an office, so well have a hybrid set-up, sometimes WFH, or sometimes from Cafes and bakeries, or parks maybe Important Note - You will be the first full-time employee of Stoned Santa, after we restart our operations after a gap of 3 years. For the first 2-3 months, youll be the only employee working with the Founder - Shashank, and maybe a couple of freelancers / interns. Higher the risk, higher the reward - This role has potential for learning, and has a certain risk factor attached to it, hence not suited for everyone.
