About the Role:

As a Growth & Partnerships Intern, you'll play an integral role in building partnerships and launching projects that drive real impact for our portfolio startups. You'll have a chance to work with top VCs, angel syndicates, and corporate partners, gaining experience in high-stakes collaboration and strategy execution. This role is ideal for those eager to make a meaningful contribution and develop practical skills in partnership development, project management, and ecosystem-building.

Location: On-site (South Delhi)

Stipend: INR 8,000-10,000 per month

Experience: 0-1 years

Duration: 3 months (Potential for Pre-Placement Offer based on performance)

Responsibilities:

• Develop Strategic Partnerships: Build and nurture relationships with venture capital firms, angel syndicates, and family offices to expand our investor network, aiming to drive funding opportunities for our portfolio startups.
• Conduct Market Research & Analysis: Stay informed on industry trends and emerging markets, providing insights that help guide partnership strategies and new initiatives.
• Initiate & Manage New Projects: Kick-start and manage new initiatives by collaborating with corporates and partners, understanding their strategic objectives, and developing solutions that meet both their needs and the needs of our startups.
• Facilitate Investor Connections: Actively work with our portfolio startups to facilitate connections with investor partners, enabling valuable interactions and funding opportunities.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work cross-functionally with investment, program management, and marketing teams to align efforts, ensuring partnerships and new initiatives drive maximum value.
• Organize Key Events: Assist in planning and executing demo days, investor meetups, and masterclasses to showcase cohort startups and drive engagement across the ecosystem.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong interest in venture capital, startups, and entrepreneurship.
• Ability to conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and generate actionable insights to inform strategy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks
• Self-motivated with a growth mindset, eager to learn about partnerships, strategy, and venture building.
