Job Summary
As a Growth Partner, you'll identify, onboard, and support schools in integrating OLL's courses into their curriculum. Your exceptional communication skills, teaching background, and computer expertise will drive sales growth and establish strong partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential schools and establish relationships with administrators, teachers, and decision-makers.
- Promote OLL's Robotics, Coding, and AI courses, highlighting their benefits and value proposition.
- Onboard at least one school per month, with a focus on increasing the number of partner schools.
- Provide support and training to partner schools, ensuring successful course implementation.
- Develop and maintain a strong network of educators, administrators, and influencers.
- Conduct product demos, workshops, and training sessions.
- Negotiate and finalize sales agreements with schools.
- Achieve sales targets and exceed performance goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Education, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a school teacher.
- Strong computer background and understanding of education technology.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Established social network in the education sector.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable with performance-based compensation.
Compensation
- Highly attractive commission-based structure:
- 20% of sales revenue from onboarded schools.
- Additional margin on product sales credited to you.
