Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation:Proactively identify and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, and social media
  • Conduct research to understand potential clients and their needs
  • Qualification:Qualify leads based on established criteria and ensure alignment with target customer profiles
  • Conduct initial discovery calls to understand prospects requirements
  • Sales Presentations:Deliver compelling sales presentations to prospects, showcasing the value proposition of products or services
  • Address customer inquiries and objections effectively
  • Relationship Building:Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients
  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights and solutions based on client needs
  • Pipeline Management:Manage and prioritize a sales pipeline, keeping accurate records of interactions and deal stages
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless handover of qualified leads
  • Sales Targets:Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Continuously seek opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
  • Market Feedback:Gather market feedback and insights to contribute to product/service improvements
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities
