Job Summary:
As a Growth Marketing Manager, you will be instrumental in executing and optimizing our digital marketing campaigns across various platforms. Youll focus on driving customer acquisition, increasing brand awareness, and maximizing ROI. The ideal candidate has a data-driven mindset, strong analytical skills, and experience in managing paid search and social media campaigns.
Key responsibilities:
- Plan, execute and manage high-performance Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track campaign performance and identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention
- Conduct A/B experiments with clear success/failure metrics, keyword research, audience targeting and competitive analysis to optimize ad spend, improve campaign efficiency and maximize ROAS
- Ensure accurate tracking and reporting across all key metrics, develop a strong reporting framework, analytics, ROI tracking for all campaigns and provide actionable insights to stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in performance marketing.
Qualifications, Experience, And Skill Set :
- Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads with a focus on achieving high ROAS
- In-depth understanding of conversions, and how they affect the overall outcome of the platform
- Extremely proactive, ownership-driven and a strong problem-solving mindset
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills. Able to present and gain insights from data.
- Strong organizational skills, able to prioritize and manage complex workflows.
- Committed to results and deliveries.
