Job Description

We are on the hunt for a dynamic Demand Generation Manager with a robust engineering background and a proven track record in a startup environment within the SaaS sector. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a growth mindset who thrives on experimentation and innovation. As a Demand Generation Lead, you'll play a crucial role in building new channels, optimizing, and managing our lead generation and sign-up funnels, identifying and plugging leaks, increasing lead quantity and quality, and crafting compelling lead magnets to drive our business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Strategy Development: Develop and execute end-to-end demand generation campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, email, content marketing, and social media, to drive lead generation and customer acquisition.
  • Content Development: Collaborate with the content marketing team to create compelling and targeted content for demand-generation campaigns. Ensure content is optimized for different stages of the buyer's journey.
  • Funnel Optimization: Build and continuously optimize signups, lead generation, and conversion funnels. Analyze performance, identify leaks, and implement solutions
  • Lead Magnets: Develop and deploy compelling lead magnets that attract and convert our target audience, including whitepapers, webinars, e-books, and interactive tools.
  • A/B Testing, and Experimentation: Embrace a culture of experimentation by continuously testing campaigns, strategies, and channels to discover the most effective approaches.
  • Data Analysis, and Insights: Leverage data to make informed decisions, track campaign performance, and measure ROI. Use insights to refine strategies and tactics continuously.
  • SEO and Analytics: Utilize SEO best practices to increase visibility and engagement. Analyze content performance metrics to inform strategy and adjustments.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the content, product, and engineering teams to ensure alignment and synergy across all demand generation activities.
  • Market Research: Keep abreast of the latest trends and best practices in demand generation, SaaS marketing, and your industry niche.
  • Growth Mindset: Foster a culture of learning and innovation, encouraging team members and the wider organization to embrace change and new challenges.

Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Over 4-7 years in B2B marketing with in-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing for B2B Saas companies
  • Hands-on experience on the Hubspot Professional/Enterprise platform.
  • 1+ year of having managed lifecycle
  • stages, creating automation workflows, custom fields, and reporting dashboards to join data tables across multiple objects, email sequences, and lead scoring.
  • Experience setting up and executing marketing campaigns to engage, nurture, and acquire accounts with a multi-touch, cross-channel approach.
  • Experience with marketing B2B SaaS products in US, European, and global markets.
  • An MBA from a Tier I/II College is an added advantage.
