We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Growth Marketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in growth marketing, with a particular focus on Marketing Automation, lifecycle marketing, and Growth Analytics. This role is pivotal in driving user engagement, and retention across various stages of the marketing funnel. Prior experience in the FinTech industry will be considered a significant advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute lifecycle marketing strategies to nurture leads through the customer journey.
- Implement personalized email marketing campaigns to engage and convert prospects at different funnel stages.
- Utilize marketing automation tools to segment audiences and deliver targeted messaging.
- Develop and manage retention marketing initiatives to increase customer loyalty and lifetime value.
- Analyze user behavior and feedback to identify opportunities for improving customer satisfaction and reducing churn.
- Implement retention programs such as loyalty rewards, referral incentives, and re-engagement campaigns.
- Track, analyze, and report on key marketing metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and inform strategic decisions.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies to maximize ROI and achieve growth targets.
- Collaborate with creative teams to design and test compelling ad creatives and landing pages.
- Use data insights to optimize marketing tactics and identify new growth opportunities.
- Prepare regular performance reports for senior management and stakeholders.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including product, sales, and customer support to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices to continuously enhance marketing strategies.
- Contribute to the development of the overall marketing strategy and budget planning.

Requirements
- 2 years of experience in growth marketing with hands-on execution experience. Proven track record of managing successful paid media campaigns and lifecycle marketing programs.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker Studio, etc.).
- Excellent understanding of different stages of the marketing funnel and appropriate strategies for each stage.
- Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems (e.g., FreshSales, HubSpot, etc.).
- Go-getter with interest in driving business growth.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Compensation:
The offered compensation package will be based on the candidate's prior experience and current Cost to Company (CTC)
