About Us:

effy is a dev studio specializing in building seamless data integration systems between SaaS and cloud platforms, and bespoke software development with a culture-first team of domain experts who are passionate about technology. Our expertise spans across renowned SaaS platforms, from startups to enterprises. With a proven track record and a robust engineering team, we are poised for significant growth and are expanding our focus further into bespoke development, RPA and integrations.

We are looking for a startup-minded Senior Account Executive. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years in B2B software sales, with a strong background in technology integrations and a proven ability to close deals that drive substantial revenue growth. As an AE, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales strategy, acquiring new clients, and fostering long-term relationships.

This role directly reports to the founders.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.

Identify and target potential clients across various industries such as finance, healthcare, e-commerce, and manufacturing.

Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and expand our client base.

Engage with key decision-makers such as CTOs, CIOs, IT Directors, and Digital Transformation Officers.

Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client needs.

Negotiate contracts and close deals

Work closely with Business Analysts and Pre-Sales Engineers to scope projects and provide technical insights during the sales process.

Coordinate with the Engineering team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of projects.

Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to the founders.

What it takes:

Minimum of 5 years in B2B Software/Consulting sales, preferably within bespoke/custom software development, technology integrations, cloud platforms, or related fields.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and closing high-value deals.

Strong understanding of SaaS platforms, API integrations, RPA (Robotic Process Automation), and/or Workato, AutomationAnywhere.

Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales enablement tools.
