Are you an enthusiastic individual with a passion for driving growth and solving exciting problems We are inviting you to join us as a Manager in our Growth Team! In this role, you will own and drive D2C Success and Revenue for 50+ first-time online brands from scratch, while leading a team of 4-5. What Were Looking For

As Growth Manager (Category & Revenue), you will:

  • Own and drive D2C Success (Profitability + Strategy) and Revenue for 50+ first-time online brands and your category as a whole
  • Manage a team of 4-5, driving rigour and quality on Processes as well Strategic Decision Making/ Problem Solving on accounts
  • Collaborate directly with the founding members of the company and business heads- You will practically be leading growth for your category of brands!
  • Gain valuable experience that can one day help you pursue a profitable D2C business- You will be deciding strategy for your brands like a D2C brand founder would!

What Were Into

Founded by IITB 14 Alumnus, backed by Chiratae Ventures, Elevation Capital, Venture Highway in Series-B funding, ShopDeck is growing fast and solving problems in the Indian D2C market by helping e-commerce sellers easily create and scale their online stores and sell D2C (Direct to consumer) profitably.

We envision that apart from selling on Marketplaces (AZ/FK etc.), there is a huge potential for existing online sellers to generate sizable revenues from their own website/app, but are unable to do so due to lack of expertise in website building, digital marketing, and fulfilment logistics. ShopDecks Software and services model helps fulfil this exact gap.

Requirements

Hunger for learning and growth. If you have this, you've already met our primary requirement!

  • Team management skills: Willing and experienced to handle a team of 5-6 members
  • Experience: At least 6 months of team handling experience and at least 1-3 years of past Category Management Experience
  • Skills: Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills
  • Motivation: Ability to brainstorm and drive actions with discipline
  • Result-oriented: Focused on achieving and exceeding goals
  • Communication and Care: We believe in putting our clients first. We are looking for someone who will truly care above and beyond for his accounts and with excellent communication/ relationship building skills

Ideal Candidate Profile look like

  • Experience: 1-5 years in a category management role
  • Education: Graduate from Tier-1 (IIT, BITS, NITs) or Tier-2 MBA college, or any premium institution with excellent academics
  • Leadership: Ability to plan, prioritize workloads, and delegate tasks accordingly
  • Proactive: Able to lead a team to achieve results
  • Communication: Strong verbal (Hindi & English) and written communication skills
