Natminds has been mandated to hire Growth Manager for an exciting start-up company based out of Bangalore. The candidate will manage special projects and programs

Client Industry- Electric Vehicles, New Age Startups, Charging Infra, Internet, Real Estate/ CPO's, Auto, Consumer Tech, Consultancy

Job Locations- Bangalore, Founder's Office

Roles & Responsibilities

• Work under Head of Initiatives and drive high priority Programs/ Projects
• Be the 0 to 1 champion. Bring structure to ambiguity by creating playbooks across verticals leading to both growth and process efficiencies
• Will be more of an individual contributor role, but will involve external stakeholder management as well

Would you fit the bill

• Core operations and strategy profile, One who has already worked in a high growth program management roles will be preferred
• Solution oriented approach in problem solving
• Excited to work with a start-up, eager to create wealth creation opportunities in a long run
