The Growth Manager/Lead Digital Revenue will play a critical role in onboarding, engagement, retention and revenue growth across digital platforms.
Key Areas
- Responsible to drive growth, monetization and overall revenue generation
- Provide thought leadership which will help the firm to identify market and customer trends
- Develop/Implement new-age tools for marketing campaigns by collaborating with multiple teams to drive engagement and ROI.
- Develop and execute Revenue Strategy and define metrics to achieve business goals
- Execute strategic growth hacking projects by liaising with various stakeholders across Product, Marketing, Tech etc.
- Engage in the deeper research and analysis of consumer behaviors, competition benchmarking and platform analytics. Use insights to drive enhancements across Product, Engagement & Monetization.
- Build/enhance product by understanding customer behavior across customer life cycle stages.

Relevant Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Marketing & Growth in a Fintech/E-commerce Firm
- From Tier-1/premier business schools
- Good to have prior experience in driving Broking Business/Digital Business/Platform Monetization
- Understanding of various tools like CleverTap, Google Analytics, Appsflyer
