Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute growth strategies leveraging AI and data insights to optimize business performance.
- Identify new opportunities for scaling AI-driven products or services, targeting both user acquisition and retention.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives, collaborating closely with product, marketing, and engineering teams to deploy scalable AI solutions.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends and competitor activities, particularly in the AI landscape, to identify emerging opportunities.
- Represent the company at AI/tech conferences and contribute to the AI community through published research and thought leadership.
- Actively monitor, evaluate, and report on KPIs related to growth and provide actionable recommendations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a startup, driving growth initiatives with a focus on AI technology.
- Strong analytical skills, with expertise in tools like Python, R, and SQL for data-driven decision-making.
- Demonstrated thought leadership through published research in recognized journals.
- Excellent communication skills to convey complex AI strategies to diverse audiences.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and handle multiple priorities.
Preferred Skills:
- Proficiency in data visualization and business intelligence tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Experience with AI-driven marketing strategies, customer segmentation, and personalized recommendations.
