About Company ShopDeck (previously NuShop)

Founded by IITB 14 Alumnus, backed by Chiratae Ventures, Elevation Capital, Venture Highway in $11M Series-B funding, ShopDeck is growing fast and solving problems in the Indian D2C market by helping e-commerce sellers easily create and scale their online stores and sell D2C (Direct to consumer) profitably.

We envision that apart from selling on Marketplaces (AZ/FK etc.), there is a huge potential for existing online sellers to generate sizable revenues from their own website/app, but are unable to do so due to lack of expertise in website building, digital marketing, and fulfilment logistics. ShopDeck's Software and services model helps fulfil this exact gap.

Looking For

We are looking for enthusiastic folks to join us as Growth Lead. You will be primarily responsible to own and drive D2C sales of 15+ first-time online brands. If you are interested in gaining a steep growth and solving a wide variety of exciting problems, then this is the perfect place for you.

What will you do

You will be responsible for managing profitability and growth of D2C brands. In this role, you will be taking high level business decisions around website, marketing, design & growth for your D2C partners.

How will this role shape you

If managing a business is challenging, imagine how exciting it would be to manage 15 businesses across different categories. You will act like the CEO of multiple businesses. In addition to solving complex business problems, you will be learning a lot to improve your soft skills.
