Job Description

The Role

We are looking for a Growth Lead with a proven track record in identifying, building and scaling acquisition channels for B2B SaaS Platforms. You will play a key role in helping Dodo Payments build efficient acquisition channels for customers across the globe.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and Lead: Create and execute comprehensive growth strategies across all channels to drive customer growth.
  • Analyse and Execute: Oversee the development and implementation of channel strategies, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Optimise and Plan: Oversee the overarching strategy, planning and execution to ensure alignment with growth goals.
  • Analysis and Reporting: Provide regular performance reports and insights to senior management, making data-driven recommendations for optimization.
  • Mentor and Support: Provide strategic mentorship and support to other functions to ensure alignment and effectiveness of growth efforts across segments.
  • Innovate and Experiment: Identify and explore potential future channels for customer growth by staying informed about industry trends and emerging technologies

Qualifications

  • Experience: 1-3 years of growth experience for B2B SaaS
  • Comfort with Data: Highly analytical with a focus on performance metrics and optimization
  • Organisation Skills: Strong planning, prioritization, and project management skills with ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with an ability to solve challenging problems in a high-pressure environment.
