You'll make a difference by

.Helping accelerates sales by providing sales teams with the tools, content, and training necessary to succeed.

.Supporting the sales team with tailored materials to match the unique market needs of the countries.

.Aligning the company's offerings with the business mix in each country to ensure it meets local market demands.

.Strong understanding of the products/services being offered, particularly how they fit within the context of the partner's specific market or customer base.

.Engaging with regional and global teams, including sales, product management, marketing, and partners, to ensure consistency in communication and alignment of strategies, by serving as a liaison between product teams and sales to ensure a seamless flow of information and resources.

.Understanding regional market trends, customer preferences, and competitive dynamics, and integrate this knowledge into sales and marketing efforts.

.Developing and delivering comprehensive sales training programs and bootcamps to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.

.Assisting countries in integrating software solutions into their sales portfolios, ensuring they understand and can effectively sell the software products.

.Tracking the effectiveness of training programs and software adoption initiatives, providing regular updates and insights to senior management.


Your defining qualities

.BE/B. Tech/ M.Sc. / MCA - (in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, Computer Science, or Information Technology or equivalent).

.Proficiency in developing sales training and adoption materials and tools for smart building software and digital offerings

.Strong ability to create and deliver presentations, marketing kits, and enablement collateral.

.Understanding of go-to-market strategies, especially for software products.

.Experience in product positioning, value proposition communication, and product launch in local markets.

.Strong Communication & Presentation Skills

.Ability to work with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, sales, product management) and drive alignment on objectives.

.Market Research & Analytical Skills

.Experience in smart building software sales across multiple geographies.

.Prior experience working with software products or in a similar role.

.Knowledge of sales enablement tools and technologies

.Experience working in international markets

.Sales certifications or certifications related to sales enablement or marketing
