Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Identify, qualify, and manage leads through a variety of sources, including outbound prospecting, inbound inquiries, and marketing campaigns.
- Campaign Development: Design and execute personalized sales campaigns, utilizing multiple channels such as email, social media, and phone calls. Your focus will primarily be on the SMB and Mid-Market segments of the US and India markets.
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with prospects and customers, providing high-quality customer service throughout the sales process.
- Sales Calls: Identify pain points that customers have and effectively conduct calls to pitch Flexiple's unique offerings to potential clients looking to hire tech talent or are planning to scale their business.
- Sales Cycle Management: Manage the complete sales cycle, from initial contact to contract signing and post-sale follow-up along with an AE.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the company's CRM system, ensuring data integrity and reporting accuracy.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales enablement, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment on sales strategies and product offerings.
Expectations in Week 1
- Onboard and integrate with Flexiple.
- Learn our business model, about your team members, and our story.
- Familiarize yourself with our unique product offerings, our search engine, and our handcrafted assessments
- Work with the Sales team to understand our ICP.
- Begin to identify potential leads and understand the target market and build initial connections with potential clients and partners, and understand the ecosystem we function in.
- Become acquainted with the cross-functional teams that you will be working alongside.
Expectations in Month 1
- Develop and launch initial personalized campaigns.
- Start making outbound sales calls to potential leads.
- Interact with our clients to develop a deeper understanding of their needs and expectations of us.
- Work towards setting up meetings and product demonstrations.
- You should have started hitting your KPIs which will be one of booking meetings, nurturing prospects to deal closure
- Pick up necessary understanding of tech concepts and product strategy that are needed for the industry.
Expectations in Month 3
- Have a consistent pipeline of leads and actively manage the sales cycle.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects.
- Close initial sales deals and achieve monthly targets.
- Lead interactions with our clients and leverage your understanding of their needs to meet their expectations of us.
- Fine-tune your understanding of tech concepts and product strategy that are needed for the industry.
Expectations in Month 6
- Manage a robust sales pipeline and exceed sales targets.
- Build strong relationships with key customers and prospects.
- You would have identified ways to hit your KPIs and drive more growth by providing valuable insights and recommendations based on customer feedback.
- Make recommendations to the leadership based on customer feedback and data analysis to enhance our product.
- Develop innovative approaches to lead generation and customer engagement.
- Have a deep understanding of the tech and product ecosystem to hold nuanced conversations with clients.
Who are you
- Anywhere between 0-2 years of experience and preferably an engineer who has experience working in startups
