Shift Timings: 10 AM to 8 PM
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Compensation: 25K per Month

Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and analytical individual to join our team as a Growth Analyst cum Program Manager. This role combines strategic analysis with program management to drive growth and optimize operations across our diverse educational offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Growth Analysis:
- Conduct detailed market analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Analyze customer data and behavior to derive actionable insights.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive user acquisition and engagement.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the success of growth initiatives.
- Design and set up robust reporting systems to track performance metrics.
- Utilize data visualization tools to present complex data in an easily understandable format.
- Regularly update and maintain dashboards to provide real-time insights into program performance.
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Program Management:
- Manage and oversee the implementation of new programs and courses.
- Coordinate with other stakeholders to ensure seamless program execution.
- Develop, maintain, and execute project plans and schedules.
- Ensure programs meet quality standards and align with company goals.
- Identify areas for improvement in existing programs and processes.
- Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance program effectiveness and user experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
- Experience in a growth analyst or program management role, preferably in the education or technology sector will be a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights.
- Proven track record of driving growth and managing successful programs.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
