Curious about the role What your typical day would look like

We're seeking a dynamic Solutions Leader to drive growth within our AI Engineering Solutions team. You will lead initiatives to expand our AI solutions portfolio, working closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions that solve complex client challenges. If you have a background in AI engineering with a deep understanding of both technology and demand generation, this role offers an exciting opportunity to make a lasting impact.

As part of this role, you will:

. Lead the articulation of Tiger's AI solutions value propositions, collaborating closely with consulting teams, technical leaders, and domain SMEs.

. Partner with sales teams and client partners to create targeted demand generation campaigns and support business development efforts.

. Work alongside technical teams to design, prototype, and showcase solutions that demonstrate real-world impact for clients.

. Develop sales assets, including solution presentations, POCs, case studies, and white papers, that strengthen our market presence.

. Establish Tiger's thought leadership by coordinating marketing initiatives, publishing blogs, and participating in industry conferences.

Identify key trends in AI, relevant technologies, and industry-specific requirements to continually enhance our solution offerings.

Who do we expect

. Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields MBA is a plus.

. 10+ years of experience in AI engineering, solution development, or presales, with a track record of supporting go-to-market (GTM) strategies for complex AI solutions.

. In-depth knowledge of AI and data solutions, including cloud platforms, enterprise architecture, and data management and transformation tools.

. Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts and business value to diverse audiences.

. Excellent presentation skills and an ability to create engaging, impactful narratives that resonate with clients and stakeholders.
