Overview:
As the Growth Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in growing and nurturing existing client base. You will be at the forefront of driving growth initiatives, devising strategies, and implementing tactics to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the designated zone
- Regularly assess client satisfaction and address any concerns promptly to ensure long-term partnership with the client
Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the existing clients
- Identify opportunities of cross selling and upselling to increase revenue and long-term relationship with client
Account Growth Strategy:
- Develop and execute account growth plans in collaboration with internal teams.
- Analyze client data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and expansion
- Implement strategies to increase revenue, profitability, and share of wallet within existing
- accounts
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including operations, sales and finance to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to streamline processes and optimize service offerings based on client feedback and industry trends
Performance Tracking and Reporting:
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the success of growth

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field. Masters degree is a plus
- Proven experience in account management, business development, or sales within the logistics or e-commerce industry
- Strong understanding of logistics operations, supply chain management, and e-commerce trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
