Role: To develop communication strategy & Marketing Support for the assigned brands aligned to boost the sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Designing growth oriented, competitive strategies for the assigned brands
- Designing, initiating, following up and concluding campaigns to boost sales
- Handling product related queries
- Developing marketing / launch plan for the assigned new product launches
Key Activities:
- Developing strategies for the assigned brands and ensuring timely delivery of inputs according to the strategies & requirements
- Preparing new product launch plans.
- Analyzing sales data / market data for the respective brands
- Developing Management Trainees / Product Executives
- Liaise with the advertising agencies/ printers / gift suppliers regarding the timely delivery of promotional inputs
- Responsible for providing the sales team with the necessary technical expertise in the form of printed and electronic promotional material, product training, and relevant scientific references
- Close liaison with the field force to assess the implementation and effectiveness of current promotional materials and campaigns
- Acting as point of first reference for all product related enquiries and work collaboratively with colleagues in Medical and Regulatory departments to address any issue that may arise.
- Preparing annual marketing plan for the assigned brands
- Preparing launch kit and ensuring timely delivery as per the plan for new product launch, if any
- Working as country guardian for the assigned countries and co-ordinate
