Main Accountabilities
The Group Product Enrichment Expert will work from the Mumbai office and have the following responsibilities:
- Work with real-time dashboards and local business and marketing teams to detect gaps in product information. Mainly for products that are published on our digital platforms.
- Create value-adding product descriptions for products that are published on the Azelis Customer portals with the objective to improve customer experience and increase digital lead generation. Additionally, coordinate possible translations.
- Work with generative AI tools like ChatGPT, Co-Pilot by Microsoft, Grammarly, etc. to increase the speed and quality of the product enrichment.
- Publish all product information in the Azelis product information management system (Akeneo) and make sure it is available on all Azelis customer portals
- Communicate with local teams on the level of enrichment, made progress and quality of their customer portal.
Experience & Education
- Candidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree. Preference is given to a marketing or communications degree.
- Fluent in English and very good English writing skills are a requirement.
- Any experience with SEO processes in a previous role is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of the generative AI-tools landscape. (Chat GPT, Co-Pilot,)
