- 10+ years of experience working in distributed agile developments. Experience working in international teams is relevant.
- 5+ years of experience leading a team of 10 or more developers.
- Experience with managing multiple internal and external stakeholders across globe.
- Developing and executing a technical vision and strategy for the team.
- Experience in software development processes, continuous delivery and DevOps.
Technical Skills & Expertise
- Strong exposure to software architecture and design principles.
- Strong experience with frontend technologies including JavaScript, ES6, Typescript, Angular, HTML, CSS, etc.
- Strong experience building high performance, multiuser, production grade applications using C#, .Net Core,
- Hands-on experience building secure WebAPI using OAuth and OIDC.
- Hands-on experience writing unit and integration tests using NUnit, Moq, MS Test.
- Hands-on experience using SOLID principles, OO Design Patterns, CQRS and Microservices. Experience with DDD, TDD.
- Good Knowledge of Database Management Systems - Preferably SQL database, NOSQL
- Expertise with object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms and asynchronous systems.
- Experience with Azure CI/CD, PowerShell scripting is a plus.
Education
- Masters/bachelors degree in engineering (Petroleum / Chemical / Computer Science / IT) from a reputed university with an excellent academic record.
- Any relevant certifications on technology / processes from reputed sources is a plus.
