Work Mode: Work From Office
Leading operations for a few clients across some or all tracks. 13+ years of relevant experience. Might be responsible to manage teams across multiple geographies. Conceptualizing and implementing business plans in tandem with the vision of the business unit and the organization focus on quality service delivery enhance the client satisfaction score and manage profitable growth
Key responsibilities will include:
- Manage customer and stakeholders intended and unintended expectation, moderate, align with latest technology footprint, along with P/L ownership.
- Manage, govern multi geo performance from service delivery, transformation efficiency on a periodical governance call with customer and stakeholders.
- Develop strategies based on customer priorities and ensure to drive operation team and delivery team yield and exceed the result to customer and end value creation
- Translate problem statement into business opportunity to yield revenue growth
- Act as trusted advisor and consultative solution provider at partner level to client for running noiseless engagement for long enduring relationship.
- Facilitate and design KPI/SLA/Financial Modelling/pricing and Negotiation with customer on contract renewal process
- Provide various insights to the leadership on the compliant trend and ways to improvise the process
- As owner of the P/L, drive better business metrics, influence operation metrics success outcome, and account/project level metrics to yield consistent positive result and positive yield M on M and Q on Q.
Required Skills:
- Proven work experience as a Delivery head in international banking / Manufacturing domain
- In-depth understanding of Third-party risk management, supplier Contract agreement, Vendor management
- Excellent communication to lead and handle international clients
- Hands on experience to handle 25+ members team and having leadership qualities
