Role: Group Manager Green Jobs
Our client is seeking a highly experienced and talented Group Manager to oversee the EV operations. The ideal candidate must have between 10 to 15 years of experience, with a strong Industry experience. Communication and team handling skills in inherent to this role both with internal and external stakeholders.
You will be responsible for:
- Client Interaction and monitoring of projects under the Green Jobs vertical
- Hands on and strong experience in setting career development centres and handling the nuances of multiple CDC
- Understanding of CDC management and different roles in a CDC and ensuring that the projects deliver their mobilization, training and placement targets as per laid down standards
- Additional experience in government run schemes and projects would be an add on
- Setting of SLA for the regional managers for the projects, monitoring and ensuring the EV vertical delivers the project goals
- Implement process improvements and provide suggestions for operational efficiency.
- Ensure smooth and successful conduct of internal and client mandated audits
Candidate Requirements:
