3, KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Accountabilities Scope Of Work
Leverage on past exposure and handle the project and measure their success through numbers (Projects / People) handled molecules generated and problem tacked etc. Responsible for project management and designing the alternate and feasible route for synthesis so that the project completed within the given time frame and solving the problem of chemist to achieving the target. Optimizing the resource qualitatively and quantitatively according to project priorities and sage of development.
Able to handle the team 15 25 people including second line manager. Team member career growth.
Project update and interaction with client, support in recruitment process.
