About the Role:
Are you a seasoned account manager with a background in tech-led projects within digital agencies We're looking for a Group Account Manager to work on one of the world's largest FMCG brands, driving projects that fuse technology and creativity. This role requires a strategic business professional with a passion for digital innovation and hands-on experience managing tech-driven campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Ownership: Lead the execution of all existing and new projects, ensuring tech-driven and creative tech initiatives meet client standards and drive impact.
- Client Partnership: Serve as a trusted advisor for our FMCG client, managing expectations and delivering high-quality work aligned with their business goals.
- Strategic Input: Collaborate with clients to design strategies that leverage technology and creative storytelling, pushing the boundaries of what's possible in digital.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal tech, creative, and production teams to ensure smooth, high-quality project delivery from concept through completion.
- Team Support: Guide and mentor account managers and junior team members, fostering a collaborative, solutions-focused environment.
- Financial Management: Oversee budgets, timelines, and resources, ensuring projects stay within scope while delivering exceptional client value.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Experience: 4+ years in account management within a digital agency, with a strong focus on tech-led projects.
- Client Management Expertise: Proven ability to build and sustain strong client relationships, especially on large-scale accounts.
