We are looking for a Ground Supervisor to oversee the ground operations of our company. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and safe operations of all ground-related activities. The ideal candidate should be able to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment and have excellent communication and leadership skills.
Responsibilities
- Supervise the ground handling team and ensure all activities are carried out safely and efficiently
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Monitor and maintain equipment, tools, and facilities to ensure they are in good working condition
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies
- Provide training and guidance to the ground handling team
- Ensure that all paperwork and documentation are completed accurately and on time
Skills and Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in aviation management or a related field is preferred
- 0-1 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Familiarity with safety regulations and industry standards
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
