Description

We are seeking a Ground Staff to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 0-2 years of experience in the job market of India. The Ground Staff will be responsible for ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers, assisting with baggage, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

Assist passengers with check-in and boarding processes
Provide information about flight schedules, delays, and cancellations
Assist with baggage check-in and handling
Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers throughout their journey
Handle customer complaints and inquiries
Coordinate with other ground staff and airline personnel to ensure smooth operations

Skills and Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills
Ability to lift heavy baggage
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Knowledge of aviation regulations and safety procedures is preferred
