Description
We are looking for a Ground Staff to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers and assisting with various ground duties.
Responsibilities
- Assist passengers with check-in and baggage handling
- Ensure the safety of passengers by following all necessary protocols
- Assist with boarding and disembarking of passengers
- Provide excellent customer service to passengers
- Handle any customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
- Assist with cleaning and maintenance of the aircraft and terminal
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work well in a team
- Good physical stamina and strength
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
