Description
We are looking for experienced Ground Staff to join our team in the airport. The ideal candidate should have 1-10 years of experience in the job market context of India. As a Ground Staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers, as well as the efficient operation of the airport.
Responsibilities
- Assisting passengers with check-in, baggage drop, and boarding procedures
- Ensuring that all safety regulations are followed during boarding and disembarkation
- Handling passenger complaints and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Coordinating with other airport staff to ensure the efficient operation of the airport
- Performing security checks and screening of passengers and baggage
- Assisting with the loading and unloading of baggage and cargo from aircraft
- Providing information to passengers on flight schedules, delays, and cancellations
Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Knowledge of airport and airline operations
- Experience with baggage handling and security screening procedures
- Ability to lift heavy objects up to 50 pounds
- Fluency in English and one or more local languages
