Overview
As a Ground Staff Fresher, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of airport and airline services. You will be responsible for assisting passengers, handling baggage, and ensuring the safety and comfort of travelers.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist passengers during the check-in process
- Handle baggage and cargo
- Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers
- Coordinate with ground crew for aircraft arrivals and departures
- Provide excellent customer service to passengers
- Assist in boarding and disembarking
- Monitor and manage the flow of passengers
- Handle inquiries and resolve customer issues
- Ensure compliance with safety and security procedures
- Work collaboratively with the ground staff team
- Assist with aircraft cleaning and maintenance tasks
- Manage and update flight information
- Assist with special needs passengers
- Conduct pre-flight checks
- Handle emergency situations with calm and efficiency
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer service experience is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a team
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Physical fitness and stamina to work long hours
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Strong organizational skills
