Job descriptionGrinder Operator is responsible for taking care of setting up and operating grinding machines to shape, sharpen and polish metal parts. They must be able to interpret technical drawings, set up the grinding machines and adjust the cutting tools to achieve desired results.
Should have experienced in both in-feed and through feed grinding.
To Ensure machines run smoothly and efficiently
Should have Follow standard operating procedures and health and safety guidelines
Should have daily Carry out routine maintenance
Should be ready to work in other machines like CNC, Thread rolling etc when there is a need
Should be able to do wheel dressing and dimensional adjustments to meet the part specifications.
Should have hands on experience in Parishudh / Hi-life / Jyoti / Bhagwansons CG machines.
Should have Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
Measure raw materials and feed them into the machines
Should have Perform quality control checks on products
Should have knowledge and skill of using measurement instruments like Micrometer, Vernier Caliper.
Should have minimum 0-5 years experience in relevant field
Minimum qualifications is HSC to Diploma ITI
Should be flexible to work in shifts.
