Job Description

  • Handling the legal portfolio at Insurance Samadhan
  • Should be able to handle more than legal cases, reporting and briefing
  • Looking after PAN India advocate tie-ups
  • Managing internal as well as external customers
  • Ensuring TAT and timelines are adhered to
  • Getting Civil and consumer cases filed in time
  • Speeding up the settlements through Lok Adalat and other mediums
  • Getting higher and faster resolutions
  • Handling 360-degree legal department right from registration to resolution and revenue
  • Taking on anything and everything which is provided in your KRAs by the management
