We are seeking highly motivated individuals with a strong passion for Sustainable Buildings to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse green building projects focused on various rating systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Write, edit, and produce technical reports, presentations, and guidance related to green and sustainable building topics.
Conduct energy and daylight simulations utilizing software such as eQUEST, and prepare comprehensive technical reports based on simulation results.
Demonstrate an excellent understanding of Indian and International codes and standards, including ECBC, ASHRAE, NBC, etc.
Possess a deep understanding of daylighting principles, heat transfer mechanisms, window systems, and various energy efficiency measures.
Exhibit basic knowledge of requirements of above for Environment Clearance (MoEF) projects
Skills & Experience:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sustainable or Environmental Architecture, Civil/Electrical/Environmental Engineering.
Industry certifications such as GRIHA, IGBC AP, LEED AP are preferred.
Proficiency in additional software skills related to environmental analyses like air dispersion modeling, Life Cycle Assessment (LCA), Carbon footprint assessment, etc., would be advantageous.
Additional Requirements:
Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate within interdisciplinary teams.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
A proactive attitude towards learning and staying updated with the latest developments in sustainable building practices.
Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is required.
