- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field
- Proven experience in green building design and construction
- In-depth knowledge of sustainable building practices and green building certifications (LEED, BREEAM, etc.)
- Familiarity with energy auditing techniques and energy-efficient systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to stay updated with the latest sustainable construction trends and regulations
