JOB DESCRIPTION
- Strong knowledge of organizational workflow and ability to assigning responsibilities
and following up the schedules.
- Maintaining transparent communication in workspace on the production activities and
being communication bridge between the work force and the manager.
- Commitment to safety regarding the use of equipment.
- Analytical skills to monitor production output and check for compliance with
specifications.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, including the ability to spot issues in
efficiency/productivity and suggest improvements
- Strong coaching and training skills to onboard new employees, including instruction on
safety.
- Propose and execute the production schedule according to the discussed plan.
- Understanding the implications of new information/process for both current and future
problem-solving and decision-making.
- Motivating, developing, and directing people as they work, identifying the best people
for the job.
- Maintaining records of control samples of daily production.
- Test and record the batch samples over completion to ensure it meets the spec
requirements and get approval for filling operations.
- Enforce and ensure compliance of procedural code and policies.
- Document and review inventory along with production records.
- Monitor the production process from start till the end and ensure timely completion.
- Keep a healthy working relationship among team members and maintaining the
coordination.
- Identify and report the manufacturing or operational issues quickly and recommend an
effective action plan.
- Encouraging an open workplace and always seek clarification when in doubt.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 40,000.00 - 100,000.00 per month
