The SAP GRC lead will be responsible for leading the design, implementation, and support of SAP GRC and SAP IAG solutions. The SAP GRC lead will work closely with the project managers, business analysts, and technical consultants to deliver high-quality and secure SAP solutions that meet the clients needs and expectations.

Key Responsibilities - Lead the end-to-end delivery of SAP GRC and SAP IAG projects, from scoping and planning to testing and go-live.
- Provide technical and functional expertise on SAP GRC and SAP IAG modules, such as Access Control, Process Control, Risk Management,
- Audit Management, and Identity Access Governance.
- Design and configure SAP GRC and SAP IAG solutions according to the clients requirements and best practices.
- Perform risk analysis, mitigation, and remediation for SAP systems and processes.
- Manage and monitor the SAP GRC and SAP IAG systems and ensure their performance, availability, and security.
- Oversee the internal GRC consultants team.
- Lead the response / answer for bids & requests for proposals.
- Provide training, documentation, and support to the clients and the internal team on SAP GRC and SAP IAG topics.
- Stay updated on the latest developments and trends in SAP GRC and
- SAP IAG and propose improvements and innovations.
Skills and Qualifications: - A bachelors degree or equivalent in computer science, information systems, or related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in SAP GRC and SAP IAG, both deployment and support.
- Strong knowledge and experience in SAP GRC and SAP IAG modules, such as Access Control, Process Control, Risk Management,
- Audit Management, and Identity Access Governance.
- Proficient in SAP GRC and SAP IAG configuration, customization, integration, and testing.
- Experience in SAP security, authorization, and compliance.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferences: Experience in GRC and IAG
