Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Graphics Engineer with expertise in C/C++ to join our webOS Reference Platform team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Wayland compositor systems and a deep understanding of Linux graphics and hardware integration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work on Wayland compositor systems such as Weston, focusing on input, output, and surface management.
• Utilize in-depth knowledge of the Wayland protocol and its extensions to implement and enhance graphics systems.
• Manage graphics hardware and display modes using Linux graphics frameworks, including DRM/KMS.
• Integrate graphics hardware and perform rendering using OpenGL(ES)/EGL.

Mandatory Skills:

• Proven experience with Wayland compositor systems, especially Weston or similar platforms.
• In-depth knowledge of the Wayland protocol and its extensions.
• Hands-on experience with Linux graphics and DRM/KMS for managing display hardware and modes.
• Proficiency in OpenGL(ES)/EGL for graphics hardware integration and rendering.

Desired Profile:

• Strong proficiency in C/C++ programming.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications:

• BE/B.Tech/M.Tech in a relevant field.
