Job Description:

MOTM Technologies is a Sales & Marketing partner for Engineering Industries, Serving more than 160 unique clients from various Engineering verticals. They undertake essential activities of sales & Marketing fraction such as Market Research, Tele-sales, E-mail Marketing, Field sales, ABM, and Digital Marketing.

• Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs that align with our brand identity and effectively communicate our message across various platforms. You will work closely with the marketing team, stakeholders, and other designers to produce high-quality graphics that drive engagement and enhance our brand presence.

• Key Responsibilities:

Design Creation: Develop innovative graphic designs for digital and print media, including but not limited to social media graphics, website banners, email templates, brochures, flyers, and advertisements.

Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent look and feel across all marketing materials.Concept Development: Collaborate with the creative team and stakeholders to brainstorm and conceptualize design ideas that meet project objectives.

• Feedback Integration: Revise and refine designs based on feedback from team members and stakeholders, ensuring final deliverables meet quality standards and project requirements.

Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work.

Trend Awareness: Stay updated on current design trends, tools, and techniques to continuously improve and innovate design approaches.Asset Management: Organize and maintain a library of design assets, including images, templates, and branding materials.

• Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• Experience : 3+ years

• Skills:

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools .

• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to present and explain design concepts clearly.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and visual details.
