Role and Responsibility of Art Designer
Create & modify fonts according to brand guidelines.
Creates professional designs and layouts for promotional material by creating templates, handouts,advertisements, posters, signs, logos, and other visual layouts.
Determines style, technique, and medium best suited to organization promotion strategies.
Prepare new and unique illustrations, innovative layout prints and rough sketches of presentation and organizationbrochures and designs graphics for website in line with branding guidelines.
Be enthusiastic about the assigned brand and be eager to learn.
Understandingof graphic design trends,Social Media creative formats
Strong graphic design skills - Understanding of Typography, Colour theory, composition and aesthetics.
Software proficiency: Strong skills on Photoshop, Illustrator and After Effects
Minimum Qualifications
Should have relevant 3 years plus of experience in an advertising/branding agency/digital agency in similar capacity i.e. an Art Director/Graphic Designer/ Visualizer is a pre-requisite.
Proficient in all major design software like Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator (After Effects/Premier Pro is an
added advantage
Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Art, or a related field, or equivalent field experience would be an added advantage.
Ability to think creatively and evidence of success in developing brands and delivering them to market.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
Passionate about the quickly-evolving digital and social media environment.
