Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled Graphics Designer to join our team at GrowHo. As a Graphics Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs and graphics for both online and offline platforms. This is a full-time position based in Pune, Maharashtra, India, and is perfect for someone with 1 to 3 years of experience.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience as a Graphics Designer or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Graphic Design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Canva.
- Strong artistic and creative abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with team members.
- Ability to understand and interpret business objectives and marketing strategies.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web design principles is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Create visually appealing designs and graphics for websites, social media, advertisements, and other promotional materials.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and ideas for various campaigns.
- Translate business objectives and marketing strategies into engaging visual designs.
- Ensure all designs and graphics are consistent with brand guidelines and communicate the desired message effectively.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, techniques, and software tools to improve design quality and efficiency.
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality designs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, content creators, and project managers, to ensure seamless execution of design projects.
