- Develop and create visual concepts for print and digital media, including advertisements, brochures, magazines, and reports.
- Design logos, websites, product packaging, and marketing materials.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and creative teams to ensure a cohesive visual identity.
- Use graphic design software to create high-quality visuals (Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Understand design briefs and conceptualize visuals based on requirements.
- Develop layouts, ensuring that designs align with the company's branding guidelines.
- Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and technologies.
- Prepare rough drafts and present ideas for feedback.
- Refine designs based on team feedback and project requirements.
- Ensure final graphics are visually appealing and aligned with brand standards.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and budgets.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven graphic design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative projects.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and visual balance.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle multiple projects.
- Bachelors degree in Graphic Design or related field
Preferred:
- Experience with motion graphics and video editing.
- Knowledge of UI/UX design and web design principles.
- Experience in digital marketing design (social media, email campaigns, banner ads).
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS for basic web content layout.
