The graphic designer will work with our in-house copy and content team to create engagement across social media and emails/newsletters. He/She will also work with the creative agency on all marketing campaigns and work with freelancers on illustrations, video editing and animation.

- Understands the consumer through past experiences, research, and market data and ensures laser focus on the consumer while designing any marketing collateral

- Ability to think out of the box and on your feet.
- Strong business acumen - is able to evaluate a collateral not only on aesthetics but also on impact
You should apply if :
- You have 2-8 years of design experience with at least 2+ years in B2C mobile-led businesses
- Proficiency with design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe suite)
- You have experience with, or knowledge of a wide spectrum of marketing channels - Facebook & Instagram ads and engagement posts, GDNs, emailers, notifications, flyers, inserts, packaging, etc.
- You have an opinion on art direction and tonality, and can contribute effectively to building and socialising the brand s visual language with external and internal teams
- You have led or been part of the video production process, and can give end-to-end direction on animated and footage-led videos
- You are well connected in the creative community, and will be able to pull in freelancers on video editing, illustration, animation, printing, etc. for projects as and when needed
- You envision how people experience products and marketing and bring that vision to life in a way that feels inspired, refined and even magical
- You will anticipate what our users want to see, advocate for them and ensure that the final collateral surprises and delights them
- You have the spark that separates you from the crowd and an ability to think out ofthe box and on your feet
- Youre passionate about sharing your knowledge and have mentored other designers
- You are comfortable with ambiguity, believe in first principles and have the skill to transform broad ideas into action plans
- You have empathy towards users and colleagues, are creative and excited by ideating/ building
