Our real-time, mobile-first app and DIY platform is purpose-built to empower retail leaders to digitize frontline operations, compliance, audits, data collection, and team communications with intuitive reports, enabling faster decisions and visibility.

100,000+ retail stores & restaurants use Wooqer in 21 countries to share guidelines, set expectations, measure compliance, and build accountability among 250,000 users in 11 languages, leading to top-line and bottom-line impact.

We're an onsite team working from our office in Bellandur, Bangalore.

The Role: Graphic Designer at Wooqer

We are looking for a creative Graphic Designer to join our team. You should have a strong graphic design background and be able to take charge of our overall brand graphics, website designs, and marketing collaterals. This role requires a keen eye for detail, creativity, and the ability to deliver compelling visuals that leverage and improve our brand language.

What You'll Do

- Develop and implement design concepts for our brand's visual identity across all channels, including website, social media, and print materials.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging designs for digital marketing campaigns, including email newsletters, social media ads, and promotional materials.

- Oversee the design and update of the company website, ensuring a user-friendly experience and alignment with our brand's aesthetic.

- Create and maintain a library of design assets, including logos, color palettes, and typography guidelines.

- Work closely with external vendors and printers to ensure printed materials quality and timely production.

- Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in graphic design, including AI techniques, to enhance productivity and creativity.

- Assist in video editing projects, adding an engaging visual element to our multimedia content. (Experience in video editing is a plus.)

- Explore and leverage new AI techniques to fast-track design processes and introduce innovative solutions.

Qualifications

- 0-2 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing various projects. Freshers are welcome to apply

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with web design tools (Figma, etc).

- Experience with video editing software is a plus.

- Knowledge of current design trends and techniques, including AI-powered design tools.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

- A passion for design and a continuous drive to learn and adapt to new technologies.

Interview Process

  2. Round 2: A detailed on-call/in-person discussion on the project and graphic design as a whole. Discussion about Wooqer's graphic and brand language and how to implement, improve and scale it.

Vishal Purohit

As Founder and CEO of Wooqer, Vishal leads the product vision and organization. Vishal is a serial entrepreneur with multiple successful exits. Vishal has held Technology, Sales, Operations, Chief Executive, and Advisory roles in his journey to Wooqer. Vishal holds a BE in Comp. Sc from the University of Pune.

Sarika Pandey

As Co-Founder of Wooqer, Sarika anchors all customers, enabling them to self-create solutions for day-to-day needs and identify opportunities to continually derive more value. Before Wooqer, Sarika was a banker, having held various roles at ANZ, SCB, and Kotak. Sarika holds an MBA from FMS Delhi and is a medical science graduate from AIIMS.

Pavitra Saxena

As Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer, Pavitra owns the platform's vision. Before Wooqer, he architected complex banking applications and a couple of high-scale end-consumer products. He has acted as CTO of global startups and managed large high-performance engineering teams in the past. He holds a bachelor's degree from IIT - Varanasi.

Kailash Iyer

As a VP Finance, Kailash is leading the finance, legal, compliance & admin team and is striving to unlock value for all stakeholders. Kailash is a versatile professional with an entrepreneurial mindset with diverse experience in financial and business environments. Before Wooqer, Kailash led a similar role at Hashedin By Deloitte. Kailash is a Chartered Accountant and a Narsee Monjee College alumnus
