Position: Graphic Designer

• Location: On-site (Lucknow)

• Salary Range: 15K - 22K per month

• Working: 5days ( Sat&Sun fixed off)

• Role Overview:

We are seeking a creative and highly skilled Graphic Designer with an experience in the IT industry is preferred. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their ability to design visually compelling content and create innovative posts. Proficiency in Canva, Figma, Photoshop and Illustrator is essential.

• Key Responsibilities:

Develop and produce engaging and high-quality visual content, including social media posts, website graphics, infographics, presentations, and marketing materials.

• Ensure all designs are consistent with the company's brand guidelines and visual identity.

Generate fresh and creative ideas for posts and graphics that align with current trends and audience preferences.

• Utilize Canva, Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator to create and modify design assets.

Actively seek and incorporate feedbacks from to refine and improve designs.

• Requirements:

Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably within an IT company.

• Ability to create visually appealing and original content that captures attention and drives engagement.

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and explain design concepts clearly.

• Qualifications:

Has experience of 1-2 years in Graphic Designing.

• Bachelor's degree or certification in Graphic Design, Visual Arts or a related field .

Familiarity with design trends and best practices, especially within the IT sector.
